Real Estate is an unpredictable business in case you didn’t know. As an agent/realtor/broker, you truly have little control over what happens daily. You can list, market, inform and more, and at the end of the day, buyers and sellers will do what they want.
That being said, for me, hard work, prayer and drive have produced a great week! I leased two condos that have been on the market, for what has seemed, a lifetime. Okay, I may be exaggerating, but that’s what it felt like. After at least 25 showings combined, both Royal Court and Jefferson Square have tenants! Yeah!
In addition, I am in the process of listing TWO more rentals. I still have one at The Village Lofts to rent, and thankfully, received great news from the seller. The owners will convert the convection oven to a standard range/oven. This was the biggest obstacle during this listing. I’ve had at least 3 offers on this condo and once the prospect tenant realized a convection oven was installed, they went away. Hopefully, this news will get this great condo leased as well.
